The Conference has reserved a number of rooms at reduced rates in several hotels and university residences at walking distance from the Conference Site. Please note that September is an especially high tourist season in Salamanca, therefore early booking is strongly recommended. Rates and availability will not be guaranteed after June 17.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be received in writing before September 5, 2005, after this date a fee equivalent to the price of a room for one night will be charged.
PAYMENT: Payment should be made directly at the hotel/residence during your stay.
To secure your accommodation you must provide a credit card number. Your credit card details will be forwarded to the hotel prior to your arrival to secure your reservation, but they will only be processed in the event of late cancellation or non arrival.
The reservations will be made through alacarta. They will confirm you the reservation.
