Oral Presentations

Audio-Visual Equipment
Each conference room will be equipped with an overhead projector for transparencies, a PC/Laptop with PowerPoint facilities (Office XP and Windows XP), and an LCD projector.

For organization purposes, we recommend presenting authors tu submit by e-mail the Power Point file prior to the conference.

Duration of Talks

Plenary Lectures: 45 minutes (35 minutes + 10 minutes for questions)
Invited Papers: 30 minutes (25 minutes + 5 minutes for questions)

Contributed Papers: 20 minutes (17 minutes + 3 minutes for questions)

Poster Presentations

Due to the large number of posters, they will be arranged and displayed in two separate poster sessions.

Poster boards will be 1 m wide x 2 m high (portrait format).

Push-pins and tapes to attach posters to the boards will be available from the conference organisers.
