The Conference Proceedings, which will be available at the beginning of the conference, will be published by the American Institute of Physics (AIP) as a volume in the AIP Series of Conference Proceedings, in CD-ROM and electronically.
Manuscript length
The number of pages per paper is limited as follows:
Plenary papers: 8 pages
Invited papers: 6 pages
Contributed papers (both oral and poster): 4 pages
Overlength papers will be returned to the authors.

The following instructions and templates apply to the 6 x 9 inch single-column format that will be used for the proceedings.

Manuscript submission guidelines
The deadline for manuscript submission is May 6, 2005.
Please note that this is a strict deadline, since the Conference Proceedings will be published prior to the Conference. If you do not meet this deadline, most probably your manuscript will not be included in the Proceedings.
Camera-ready manuscripts should be sent by e-mail to icnf@usal.es, preferably in PDF format.
We will also accept postscript files. Authors must make sure to embed all fonts and graphics when saving the file. We cannot accept LaTeX files. They must be submitted as pdf or postscript files.
In the subject of your submission, please include the reference number assigned to your abstract.
A signed Transfer of Copyright form must be sent by snail mail (to arrive before May 6) to the following address:

In case you need permission to use previously published material, you must also mail (to arrive before May 6) the written permissions from the owners of the rights to the material (see the instruction booklet to this end).
Complete and mail also the Offprint Order form if you wish to order offprints of your paper.

Please note that the registration fee of the presenting author must be received before May 13 in order to get the paper published in the Proceedings.
