The presentation of contributed papers as well as their publication in the Conference Proceedings requires participation/registration of at least one of the authors. To ensure this, the registration fee of the presenting author of every paper must be received before May 13 (one week after the deadline of paper submission). Otherwise, the paper will not be published in the Proceedings. A maximum of two papers may be presented by the same author at the conference.
Registration fees
We strongly recommend participants to register prior to the conference. On-site registration fee should be paid in cash.
In order to qualify for student registration, proof of student status (e.g. photocopy of student ID card or letter from supervisor) must be faxed together with the registration form. Payment must be made (in Euro) by bank transfer to: Proof of payment must be faxed with the registration form REFUNDS/CANCELLATION. Registration fees paid by presenting authors will be refunded (less €50 for bank and administrative charges) if a written request is submitted by May 13, 2005. A substitution of attendees may be made at any time with no charge. Registration fees of presenting authors will not be refunded after May 13, 2005. Non -presenting-author registration fees will be refunded (less €50 for bank and administrative charges) if a written request is submitted by September 1, 2005. No refunds will be issued after that time. A substitution of attendees may be made at any time with no charge.
In case a visa is required for you to come to Spain, we recommend you to apply for it to the proper authorities as soon as possible, since the process may require a long time. If you need an invitation letter, please let us know.
