REGISTRATION

For registration, please fill in the FORM and submit it. We will confirm the reception of your pre-registration by e-mail or fax. Actual registration will be only effective after payment of the registration fees.

Payment of the registration fees should be made by a bank transfer to the account nº 0049-184344-2110186234 of ‘Banco de Santander’. Address the bank transfer to ‘UNIVERSIDAD DE SALAMANCA, SECCION DE CURSOS EXTRAORDINARIOS’ indicating that it is in the concept of ‘MATRICULA DEL CURSO 397’ and making sure that your full name is included. Spanish residents can also make the payment directly at any desk of ‘Banco de Santander’. Costs derived from the transfer and/or currency change are to be paid by the sender.

Another possibility for registration exists on http://www.usal.es/precurext . Form and instructions at this site are in Spanish. In case that you choose this way for your registration once in the registration page you should follow the steps below:

Click on ‘Buscar cursos’; a list of courses will appear, from which you will have to select ‘PHYTOCHEM’
Click on ‘Consultar’ to obtain details of the Symposium.
Select your fee and click on ‘Preinscripcion’ and then on ‘Preinscribir’ at the end of the following page.
Fill in the form and click on ‘Aceptar’
If the form is correctly filled in a new page with the sentence ‘PREINSCRIPCION REALIZADA CORRECTAMENTE’ will appear; please print that page and send it by fax to (+34) 923 294684 together with a copy of your bank transfer.
